London Hydro is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors appointed by City Council. Our directors are members of the London community with diverse backgrounds in engineering, law, finance and governance, and include one representative from City Council.

London Hydro’s Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis to discuss matters related to the governance of the corporation. There are three Standing Committees that convene separately from the regularly scheduled board meetings, which include the:

•          Human Resources Policy & Procedures 
•          Corporate Governance & Risk  Management Committee
