We opened our doors in the fall of 1992 with the vision of establishing ourselves as “The Comfort Company” in central Iowa. “Seventy-Two Degrees,” what an unusual name, you say? The name was inspired by a relative who wanted to retire to San Diego because he believed it had the most ideal, comfortable weather with an average daily temperature of, you guessed it, 72!     With over 20 years in business, our focus has not changed. We want all our customers to enjoy the most ideal indoor climate possible. 72 is about creating and developing relationships with our customers by providing superior service. We train our people and install quality products to provide you with the best in heating, cooling and indoor air quality as well as Geothermal, solar and high efficient furnaces.
