AgriFuels LLC is a quality management consulting company, assisting our customers achieve and maintain BQ-9000 and ISO 9001 quality management certification using our proprietary online quality control solution (QCS) service. In addition, we offer air purification services to our customers using proprietary technology developed for the Space Station and licensed by AERUS. Our customers are companies in the Aerospace, Biodiesel and Cannabis industries as well as home owners and small commercial businesses. AgriFuels was founded in 2005 with the vision of increasing the use of biodiesel in the U.S. and achieving the goals of greater energy independence and economic growth and improving the environment. We chose to do this by assisting the National Biodiesel Board and the national biodiesel supply chain deliver ASTM D6751 quality biodiesel to the petroleum diesel and home heating oil marketplaces. Our mission has been to remove the inhibitors to achieving high quality biodiesel nationwide by providing our customers with BQ-9000 quality consulting, processes, and software, testing and quality management tools to increase biodiesel quality transparency.  In 2014, we grew our consulting capability to include the Aerospace industry by providing ISO 9001 quality certification services. In 2016 we expanded our capabilities to provide these same ISO 9001 certification services to the emerging Cannabis industry focusing on state-approved Medical Marijuana production and distribution.  AgriFuels discovered control of odors; mold, powdery mildew, viruses, bacteria and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to be of major concern to our customers. Therefore, we added the capability to help our customers improve their Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). QUALITY CONTROL SOLUTION (QCS)

AgriFuels developed a web-based Quality Control Solution (QCS) for companies to manage the health of their quality programs providing internet visibility of these programs to all levels of management. The program is based on ISO 9001 and BQ-9000 requirements of Quality Goals, Policies and Procedures, and Work Instructions. These procedures include Cause and Corrective Actions providing online visibility for management of a quality system companywide. BIODIESEL PRODUCTION AND MARKETING

• The biodiesel industry has grown steadily since the early late 1990’s into to a multi- billion dollar industry employing hundreds of thousands of people. Initially produced from soybeans from the residual oil from soy products processing, it has grown to include many other oil feedstock including waste vegetable oil and animal triglycerides. Commercial production facilities have grown nationwide and worldwide since that time. The industry reached a key milestone in 2011 when it crossed the one billion gallon production mark and by 2015 the biodiesel and renewable diesel market had doubled to more than two billion gallons.  In 2016 the market achieved was a record high 2.8 billion gallons. The majority of biodiesel producers in the US are certified to BQ-9000 insuring that most of the biodiesel sold in the US meets the ASTM Standard D6751.  
• Biodiesel is produced through a process called transesterification which combines vegetable oil or animal fats and alcohol to remove the triglycerides to produce methyl esters. The biodiesel can then be burned in any combination with petroleum oil in diesel engines and home heating oil systems.​    Once the fuel is produced to the ASTM Standard D6751, it is then stored and distributed through the nation’s fuel distribution system of petroleum marketers. Many of the nation’s marketers are certified to the BQ-9000 standard insuring the majority of fuel continues to meet the required D6751 standard.
