HOW SOLAR WORKS

• Your solar panels collect the suns rays and convert them into direct current (DC) electricity.
• The DC electricity flows into an inverter where its converted into usable alternating current (AC) electricity.
• If your home is also equipped with a battery supply, this electricity can then go to the battery to be stored for later use.
• The AC electricity enters your electrical panel where it can then be used to power your home.
• Any excess electricity is then funneled back into the grid where you can either stock up electricity “credits” or get back money depending on your utility company.
