Welcome to Genesis Energy, L.P., a growing midstream master limited partnership headquartered in Houston, Texas. Genesis provides midstream energy infrastructure and logistics services – to move product to market in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Our operations are primarily focused in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Wyoming and in the Gulf of Mexico.

Flexible and responsive, our business strategies include being primarily refinery-centric and supporting long-lived, world-class oil developments of integrated and large independent energy companies. Coupled with our complementary acquisitions and organic growth projects, our goal is to continue to deliver impressive growth in distributions, an increasing coverage ratio and a conservative leverage ratio, all without ever losing our strong commitment to providing safe, responsible and reliable services.

We also have interests in pipelines offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. That business includes approximately 2,600 miles of offshore crude oil and natural gas pipelines and six offshore hub platforms that serve some of the most active drilling and development regions in the United States, including deepwater production fields in the Gulf of Mexico offshore of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
