Renewable Energy Outfitters provides Consultation services to home and business owners interested in saving money with a renewable energy system. Services include pre-building evaluations, making your building “solar ready” and design plans. We can help you decide if a renewable energy system will meet your project goals and provide guidance on how integrate a renewable energy system into your build.

RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE

Some renewable energy systems require regular maintenance to perform optimally. Renewable Energy Outfitters can setup annual, bi-annual or quarterly maintenance plans to assist homeowners or businesses with their system maintenance needs. Types of maintenance that can be needed are:

RESIDENTIAL ENERGY SYSTEMS 

 The most common residential energy systems are ones that interface with the utility grid (grid tied). These systems work by producing clean power from the sun, wind, or water and sending that power to your home first and then to the grid. The goal with a grid tied system is to produce as much electricity as you consume annually. When your system produces more electricity than you use, the power company pays you! Grid connected systems are affordable, quick to install and provide a great return on your investment. Let the utility company work for you with a grid-connected system from Renewable Energy Outfitters.  Add batteries to your grid tied system for protection from power outages. Typically, battery backup systems are designed to provide power to select circuits or critical loads such as computers, refrigerators, well pumps, medical equipment, and security systems. If you have a larger home or need whole house coverage, a fuel generator could be added to the system to supplement the battery bank. OFF GRID ENERGY SYSTEMS 

 Off Grid is a term used to describe a site where there is no utility power available. Off grid systems use solar, wind or hydro resources to create electricity. This electricity is then stored in a battery bank and supplied to your home through a DC to AC inverter. In many cases it is more affordable to install an off grid power system then to bring in utility power, especially in mountainous and remote areas. Our off grid systems range from small basic systems for RV’s and cabins to larger systems capable of powering any size home or commercial application. Our off grid systems are custom designed for your application ensuring you have the power you need to live as though you were connected to the utility grid.  Many of the off grid systems we design are adaptable and can be utilized in both off the grid and grid connected applications. This is especially useful if your site doesn’t currently have grid power but may in the future.  We have been specializing in off grid and remote power systems since 2008 and only supply the highest quality products designed for the renewable energy industry.
